Last updated: January 1st 2026

1. The Consulting Service

The consulting service is provided by Klara Ullmann, nutritionist and consultant / Health Coach. The nutritionist offers professional nutritional counseling services tailored to the individual needs and goals of the client.

2. Appointment and Cancellation

Appointments are always made by arrangement. If an appointment cannot be kept for an important reason, cancellation is possible without cost up to 24 hours before the agreed-upon appointment. This can be done by phone or email. The full fee remains owed for appointments that are not kept or are canceled late.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Price changes are expressly reserved. Payment is made in advance.

4. Disclaimer

The consultations do not replace a medical diagnosis or therapy. The implementation of the recommendations is carried out at the client's own responsibility. Any liability for direct or indirect damages is excluded, insofar as legally permissible.

5. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). Details on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy

6. Duty of Confidentiality

All information will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. The duty of confidentiality also continues beyond the end of the nutritional consultation.

7. Final Provisions

Changes, additions, and side agreements require the written form for their effectiveness, unless otherwise stipulated in these GTC. The requirement for written form also applies to the waiver of this form requirement. Should one of the preceding provisions be ineffective or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the ineffective or unenforceable provision, a mutually agreed-upon, legally effective substitute provision that comes as close as possible to the economic success will be made. The place of jurisdiction is determined by the statutory provisions. The law of Switzerland applies. Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions is not affected.
